In fact, if you want to add some extra nutrition to their diet you can change the white bread for whole grains. Making some changes to the ingredients of all their meals, you will be sneaking healthy food in and they will not even notice most of these changes. The better they used the healthier options, the easier they will create healthy eating habit.
